These terms apply to hoganloom.com and purchases from Hogan Loom, a retail brand of David Hogan LLC. Using the website or placing an order means you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Shopping and product details

You must be old enough to form a binding contract to order from the shop. Provide accurate contact and address information and use the site for lawful purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding any account login you create.

Product pages identify the selected size, material where known and package contents. Images may show styling pieces that are not included. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance. Measurements are approximate; compare the stated dimensions with your own sofa. A seat-count description alone cannot establish fit.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and any calculated tax appear before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance if information is incorrect or an item cannot be supplied. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material listing error, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the affected item rather than substitute without agreement.

We may correct listing errors. A correction does not authorize an extra charge to an existing order without your agreement. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change; once a parcel is dispatched, return conditions apply.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is offered within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Free standard shipping applies at $59 or more; otherwise the charge is $6.99. See the Shipping Policy for the full delivery terms.

The return request window lasts 30 days from delivery. Items for preference-based returns must remain unused with their original packaging. Our Returns & Refunds page explains return postage, inspection and refund timing and forms part of these terms.

Care and reasonable use

Follow the product’s sewn-in care label and use textiles for their intended purpose. A decorative cushion is not a medical device or a safety product. We make no medical, fire-resistance or certification claims unless explicitly supported in a product listing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Website content and availability

Our branding, written content and site design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not interfere with site security or attempt unauthorized access. We aim to provide accurate content and reliable access, but cannot guarantee that every page will be error-free at all times.

Questions and disputes

Please contact us first about a concern so we can work toward a practical resolution. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the law of Alaska, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. No part of these terms requires you to waive non-waivable legal rights.
