Only when the product page explicitly says so. Cover Only means no insert is supplied. Check the package contents before choosing an insert; the photo may show a filled pillow for styling.

Measure the surface you want to cover, including the back, seat and any drop over the sides. Compare both dimensions with the listed textile size. A loose draped cover and a fitted slipcover use different measurements. Our sofa measuring guide walks through the differences.

Many covers in our collection are one piece. One panel does not automatically cover the seat, back and both arms separately. The package contents on each product page identify exactly what is included.

Try a quieter woven base if your room already has a strong pattern. A raised waffle or pile texture can add interest beside smooth upholstery, while a small embroidered cover can carry the accent color. Read the listed fabric details rather than assuming a fiber from the product’s look.

Use the sewn-in care label for that item. We state machine washing only where it is supported by the product details. If a listing has no verified wash setting, do not assume it can go in a machine. Keep a return candidate unwashed.

We serve the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then 3–7 days in transit. These are separate stages, and carrier or weather disruptions can affect the estimate.

A merchandise subtotal of $59 or more qualifies for free standard shipping. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax.

Contact us during the 30-day period following delivery. Keep the item unused with its original packaging. We cover return postage for defects, incorrect items and transit damage; you cover it for preference-based returns. Send returns to David Hogan LLC, 11406 Borealis St, Eagle River, AK 99577.
