Shipping, without the guesswork.

Our delivery service covers residential and business addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military postal addresses and international destinations fall outside our delivery area.

Two parts to the delivery timeline

Processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare an order before it enters the carrier network. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Transit: 3–7 days. This is the travel time after dispatch, separate from processing. These are estimated delivery windows rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays can affect an arrival.

Standard shipping rates

The threshold applies after any discounts and before tax. Your shipping charge appears in the cart and again at checkout. No expedited service is offered in the shop.

Tracking and address details

We provide dispatch and tracking information when an order ships. If items travel separately, their tracking may update at different times. Check the delivery address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code carefully before ordering.

For an address correction or a parcel that has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number. An address change may no longer be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery area and contact us so we can help review the carrier record.
